First Pakistani Student Satellite Program

Pakistani Student Satellite Program (PSSP) aims to design, build, integrate, test and launch a small satellite in order to provide students in Pakistani Educational Institutions with:

 

• hands-on experience with a real satellite mission
• multidisciplinary collaboration
• space project experience

• Interest in science
• Increased competence in space technology among students and educational institutions
• Co-operation between educational institutions and industry

• Support and guidance from in-house expertise
• Support from expertise in related Pakistani industry and research establishments

 

NUST (College of Telecommunication Engineering)  joins hands with VZITS for Pakistan Student Satellite Program. NUST and CTE now will work with VZITS for the development of 1KG Cubesat. Cubesats are the smallest satellites that have been developed ever.

The SADAF Program
The Science Amateur Development and Advancement Foundation(SADAF) program provides cost-effective access to space for the research and development community in Pakistan and abroad through the use of nanosatellites and picosatellites (Cubesats).
 
Cubesat and Student Satellite Consultancy

Cubesat Lab Model
